GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE
Position:
Part-time Gardener (15-20hrs/week)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and knowledgeable gardener to maintain our gardens, landscaped areas and front entrance to the golf course property. Ensure outdoor areas are visual appealing and well maintained throughout the golfing season.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of plants, soil types and gardening techniques.
- Ability to operate landscaping tools (hand held tools, push mowers, trimmers and hedge cutters).
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Attention to detail.
General Requirements:
- Valid NS driver’s license.
- Willingness to learn and be trained on equipment.
- Ability to work early mornings (as early as 5am).
- Ability to work some weekends.
- Steel toe work shoes/boots (mandatory).
Compensation:
- Wages will be determined by the successful applicant’s experience.
- Golf privileges.
- Proshop and Food & Beverage discounts.

GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE

Grounds Crew (15-20hrs/week)
Job Summary:
A hands-on job that is responsible for maintaining the grounds of the golf course to ensure high quality playing conditions.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Mowing greens, tees, fairways and rough.
- Raking and maintaining bunkers.
- Repairing divots and ball marks.
- Operating equipment like mowers, tractors, blowers and trimmers.
- Removing debris and ensuring course cleanliness.
General Requirements:
- Valid NS driver’s license.
- Willingness to learn and be trained on equipment.
- Ability to work early mornings (as early as 5am).
- Steel toe work shoes/boots (mandatory).
Compensation:
- Wages will be determined by the successful applicant’s experience.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Position:
Food & Beverage Waitstaff
Are you passionate about hospitality, service excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences? Our golf course Food & Beverage Department is seeking enthusiastic, professional Waitstaff with a specialty in bartending to join our team for the upcoming season.
About the Role:
As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you will provide exceptional service to members and guests in our clubhouse dining room, patio, and lounge. Candidates with strong bartending experience and cocktail knowledge are especially encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, friendly, and professional table service.

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer to members and guests.

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Oversee Bar Inventory.

Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.

Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and responsible service standards.

Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:

Previous serving experience required.

Proven bartending experience and cocktail knowledge preferred.

Valid Responsible Beverage Service certification (Serve Right).
- Valid Food Handler Certificate.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
