DESCRIPTION:NOTICE TO ALL VOTING MEMBERS OF THE TRURO GOLF CLUB\n\nUPDATE ON THE AGM TIMING AND DATE –\n\nSeasons Greetings to those fellow members in Canada and to those who have escaped to warmer climates. I would like to take this opportunity to notify the voting members of the TGC that the 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been rescheduled to Sunday, December 18th, starting at 1:00 PM (1300 hours).  The audit work is progressing well however rather than rush it to run the AGM on the 11th the President has decided to run the AGM on the 18th.\nAs indicated before the AGM will be held in-person at the clubhouse and via ZOOM.  If you haven’t already advised me of your plan to attend the meeting, please do so.  If you previously indicated you would attend the AGM and now are unable, please let me know and accept our apology for the change in dates.  At this point I have only 14 members, not on the Board, who have indicated they will attend and as you’re aware from the Bylaws we need 40 voting members for a quorum.\nAs the Secretary for the 2022 Board, I will forward the agenda for the AGM, as approved by the President, at least 48 hours prior to the AGM.\nMike Russell\nSecretary, TGC\nmikerussell5235@gmail.com\n
