The Truro Golf Club offers a superb venue for any occasion. Our banquet room boasts new hardwood flooring, wonderful ambience and a staff that will cater to your wishes. The following is some information you may find helpful when planning your special event, be it a wedding celebration, birthday bash or anniversary. We hope you choose to make the Truro Golf Club a part of your plans! Room Rental $400.00 plus HST per day Cloth table cloths and napkins and skirting at appropriate tables can be provided at an extra cost. Dance floor, wine glasses, cutlery and setup (the rental party is responsible for decorating) are available. We also offer cake table, guest book table and gift table. Our kitchen can perform cake cutting services if needed. Decorating – Pictures, Curtains, etc, are not to be removed from their existing locations for decorating purposes. All candles are to be approved by golf club – the flame must be enclosed – no open flame allowed to ensure the safety of all guests. Booking Agreement The Truro Golf Club will tentatively book your function up to a period of two weeks. By that time a deposit is required of $400.00 (first deposit) in order to confirm your function. If no deposit is given the function date will immediately be released. This initial deposit is non-refundable. ALL MEAL/ BAR PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO HST and a 15% GRATUITY Final numbers must be submitted seven (7) working days prior to the function. This number will be the minimum charged on final invoice. A 50% of anticipated charges second deposit is due seven (7) working days prior to the function and is non-refundable at that time. The balance will be on the final invoice post function.
